i'm a lover, not a fan, of many things. consumerism disturbs me greatly, so i've resurrected the archaeic tradition of calling myself a "lover of[this art]". pretentious as it may sound, and it does, i'd rather die than be taken for a funko pop collector. positively defined, i'd say to be a "lover" is and has always been made in expressions. this website is a labor of love.

comics !

this is the big one. i read a lot, love to, but unless a classic novel is known for being weird or depressing, or both (ily kafka) i likely havent read it. if its an obscure psychological manga or odd limited series from DC Comics of 30 years ago, i'm your girl ! i read, enjoy, and write about manga, manhua and comix (mostly big 2)

favorite manga !

anything by Shuuzo Oshimi and Tatsuki Fujimoto . aside from their works, i'm also pretty drawn to dark, vaguely supernatural works with a character focus, such as:

• Otherside Picnic
• Elfen Lied
• Berserk
• DRCL
• Devilman

manhua !

so far, i've only breached manhua with "omniscient reader's viewpoint", which is one of my favorite pieces of fiction ? so if you have any recommendations, please leave them in the address book ^^
